ORGANIC PRODUCTS - ORGANIC HERBS

In our farm grown or collected the following plants :
Oregano , thyme , savory , mallow , St. John's Wort ( sedge ) , peppermint , valerian , chamomile , rosemary and sage.

Origin:

The herbs were derived solely from domestic varieties in particular from rootlets and seeds collected from streams of the island and mountains Taygetos, Lykaio.
One of the crops covered by audited organic plants of OLYPLANTS company.
Available in bunches and not broken because,
• perceived that the plants are not cultivated, but are scattered in "shores" of the estate,
• flowers are visible from its wooden parties and not mixed as usual,
• their aromas remain and kept more strongly as the time of collection!

Cultivation - Ecological conscience:

Understood to be without fertilizers, herbicides, chemical and sprayings.
The procedure of removing the weeds is difficult, regular and costly. The little and irreplaceable water that may be used in the summer is rain water, is not derived from drilling and does not burden the water supply.

Collection - Drying:

Hours without sun, instant movement in dry, well ventilated area for several days and then typing in a material suitable for food.

Respect for the Environment:
Part of the plant flower remains available in hives after collection, while ensuring its spread to neighboring regions at a slow but natural way ...
